1. 신청기간 및 시간

★ 신청시작:  4월 17일 낮 12시(한국시간 기준, GMT +09:00)

★ 기숙사 거주 기간은 1학기입니다.

★ 신입생 우선 신청 후, 여석이 있을 시 재학생 신청 공지를 할 예정입니다.

2. 신청방법: 본 공지사항과 첨부된 매뉴얼을 꼼꼼히 읽고, ASP(kuklc.korea.ac.kr)에서 신청

  ② 로그인(수강생번호 필요. 수강생번호는 등록금 납부 후 부여됨.)

      ※ 수강생번호를 모르는 경우에는 메일로(korklcc@gmail.com) 문의해주세요. 

  ③ 첨부된 매뉴얼을 참고하여 신청

  ④ ASP 및 개별 이메일을 통해 결과 발표

   ★ 기숙사에 합격된 학생을 대상으로 입금안내 메일을 발송할 예정이니 이메일을 받은 후 입금해주셔야 합니다.

  ⑤ 기숙사비 납입안내 E-mail을 참고하여 기숙사비 납입

3. 기숙사비: 1학기 1,200,000원 (식비 미포함)

4. 기숙사비 납입 기한: 별도 공지

5. 시설:  2인 1실, 책상, 스탠드, 옷장, 침대, 에어컨, 화장실, 유무선 인터넷, 공용세탁실 등

6. 신청자격: 한국어센터 정규과정 1학기 이상 수강자

7. 선발 기준

   ① 신청 순서대로 선착순 선발. 

   ② 이메일 받고, 납부 기간 내 기숙사비를 납부하지 않을 경우 제외되며, 대기자로 대체됨.

   ※ 기숙사 공간의 한계가 있어, 배정받지 못할 수 있음

8. 결과 발표

  4월 말부터 순차적으로 기숙사 선발된 학생들에게만 개별 이메일로 통보됨.

   (불합격자는 ASP에서 확인 가능, 합격자도 ASP에서 확인 가능)

  ★ 기숙사에 합격된 학생을 대상으로 입금안내 메일을 발송할 예정이니 이메일을 받은 후 입금해주셔야 합니다. 

9. 주의 사항

   기숙사 규정 확인 후 신청하여야 함. 기숙사 규정 위반 (예: 흡연) 시 환불 없이 퇴소 조치함.

1. Application Period

★ Application start: 17 April Noon(12:00) (GMT/UTC +09:00)

★ The residence period of the dormitory is one semester.

★ After freshmen students apply for the dormitory and if there are vacant places left, 

 we will make an announcement for dormitory application for current students.

2. How to Apply: Read this notice and the attached manual carefully, and apply at the 

     link.  (kuklc.korea.ac.kr)

  ① Go to the link.

  ② Log-in to this website. (You will need ‘Student ID Number’, which you will get after your tuition payment)  If you do not know the ‘Student ID Number’, please send us an email.

  ③ Apply for the dormitory referring to the attached manual.

  ④ Result will be notified individually by email and the website(kuklc.korea.ac.kr).

★ We will send a dormitory fee payment information email to students who have  been assigned for the dormitory, so please make a payment after receiving the email.

  ⑤ Pay for the dormitory.

3. Boarding expense: KRW 1,200,000 (Meals are not included.)

4. Period of payment: It will be announced later on.

5. Facilities: Double occupancy (two students in a room), bathroom in suite, desk, desk lamp, closets, bed, air-conditioner, free Wi-Fi, common laundry room

6. Qualification: An applicant should be enrolled in a regular Korean language program at least one semester.

7. Registration criteria

  ① First-come, first-served basis. Priority for freshmen and the students who are not currently 

        living in the dorm.

  ② If the payment is not made during the payment period, the vacancy will be filled up by other 

      applicants.

      *Not every student can be assigned a room due to the limited number of rooms.

8. Announcement of Results

  Only individual students selected for the dormitory will be notified by email from the end of April. (Whether you pass or not, you can view the results in ASP site.)

 ★ We will send a dormitory fee payment information email to students who have been 

    assigned for the dormitory, so please make a payment after receiving the email.

9. N.B. (Dormitory Rules)

  Please read through the dormitory rules before you apply. If you break any of the rules 

  (Ex) smoking in the room), you will have to empty your space with no refund.

  ② 登录（需要学号，在学生缴纳学费后会提供学号。）

      ※ 不清楚的学生请通过邮件咨询

  ③ 参考附件手册来进行申请

  ④ 通过ASP和个别邮件发表结果

★ 本中心将针对宿舍申请合格的学生，发送缴纳宿舍费的相关邮件，收到邮件后，请按照要求进行缴费。

  ⑤ 参考住宿费指南的相关邮件缴纳住宿费

3. 宿舍费用: 一个学期 1,200,000 韩币（不包含餐饮费用）

4. 宿舍费缴纳时间: 另行通知

5. 设施 : 二人间，书桌，台灯，衣柜，床，空调，卫生间，有线及无线网络, 公共洗衣间等等

6. 申请资格：申请一个学期以上韩国语正规课程的学生

7. 选拔标准

① 按申请顺序分配，优先分配新生以及现在不在宿舍居住的学生。

② 若没有在规定日期内缴费将取消资格，将顺次通知待定者

*申请名额有限, 不排除选不上的可能性

8. 结果公布

从4月低开始按顺序只给申请上宿舍的学生发送合格邮件。

（落选学生可以在ASP中确认，合格学生也可以在ASP中确认）

 ★ 本中心将针对宿舍申请合格的学生，发送缴纳宿舍费的相关邮件，收到邮件后，请按照要求进行缴费。

9.注意事项

     请在公告事项栏中确认宿舍相关规定后申请, 若违反宿舍相关规定(如:吸烟)将强行执行退宿手续并不予退款。

 ★   寮に合格した学生に入金案内メールをお送りしますのでご確認後にお振込みください。

3. 寄宿舎費: 1学期 1,200,000 ウォン (食費は含まず)

4. 寄宿舎費納入期間: 別途お知らせ

5. 施設: 2人1部屋, 机, スタンド, クロゼット, ベッド、エアコン、バスルーム、 有・無線インターネット、共用コインランドリなど。詳しくは以下のリンクをご覧ください。

6. 申請資格 : 正規課程に1学期以上登録する受講生

7. 割り当て基準

  ① 先着順で先発、新入生及び現在寮に住んでいない学生から優先的に割当。

  ② 納入期間内に寄宿舎費を納付しない場合除外され、待期者に機会を与えます。

     *寄宿舎の部屋が少ない場合、割り当てられない場合があります。

8. 結果発表

    4月の末ば頃順番で先発された学生のみにメールでお知らせ致します。

    (合格・不合格の可否はASPで確認できます。)

    ★寮に合格した学生に入金案内メールをお送りしますのでご確認後にお振込みください。

９. 注意事項

    申請の前に添付ファイルにある「寄宿舎規定」を必ずご確認ください。寄宿舎規定違反(例：喫煙) 時、払い戻しができず、強制退去されます。
