2020학년도 여름 단기집중과정 및 청소년 여름학교 취소 안내
국제어학원 한국어센터는 매년 여름방학 동안 외국인 및 재외국민 학생들의 한국어 연수 및 한국 문화체험을 위해 단기집중과정 및 청소년 여름학교를 개설해 왔습니다.
그러나 코로나-19 감염증의 확산으로 한국 입국 후 자가 격리 등 강화된 정부 방역지침에 따라 해외에 있는 학생들이 한국 입국 후 연수 참가의 어려움, 학생 안전을 위해 외부 현장견학 및 단체 활동 취소 등 단기과정의 정상적인 운영이 어렵게 되었습니다.
이에 2020학년도 여름 단기집중과정 (여름 1차, 여름 2차, 여름 3차) 및 청소년 여름학교 개설이 취소되었음을 알려드립니다. 한국 방문 및 한국어 연수를 기대하고 계셨을 학생 여러분께 실망과 불편함을 끼쳐 죄송합니다. 학생의 안전을 최우선으로 고려하여 부득이하게 내린 결정이니 양해 부탁드립니다.
오프라인 과정 대신 여름방학 동안 한국어 연수를 희망하시는 분들을 위해 온라인 한국어 단기과정을 진행하고자 하니 여러분의 많은 관심 부탁드립니다.

Information on the Cancellation of Summer Short-term Intensive and Youth Summer School 2020
Korean Language Center of the International Language Institute has opened Short-term Intensive Courses and Youth Summer School for foreign and overseas students to learn the Korean language and experience Korean culture during the summer vacation every year.
However, due to the spread of COVID-19, it has become difficult for students abroad to participate in the program due to strengthened government quarantine guidelines, such as self- quarantine after entering Korea, and it has become difficult to operate a short-term course which has many outside field trips and group activities due to the nature of the course for student safety.
Therefore, we are informing you that the opening of the Summer Short-term Intensive Program
(Summer 1, Summer 2, Summer 3) and Youth Summer School for 2020 have been canceled.
We apologize for the disappointment and inconvenience to the students who were looking forward to visiting Korea and Korean language training. Please understand that the decision was made inevitably considering the safety of the students as a top priority.
Instead of offline courses, we would like to offer a Short-term Online Korean Course for those who want to study Korean during the summer vacation.
